Wilson grew up helping the Judge with his early vintages and working after school and summers at the winery. He worked for several years in the Michigan wine industry as well as a vintage in New Zealand expanding his wine education. He has become the third generation of the family to work in the business. Wilson now runs the daily operations of the winery.
His wife Rebecca, has been involved at the winery since 1998. She has worked in various roles over the years but now runs the sales side of the business. While running a small business together has its challenges, their most rewarding job is raising their daughter Charlotte together.
